One is our Pâte au Chocolat, our award-winning chocolate spread with roasted almonds and hazelnuts, made dairy free and with no palm oil. Another is our Orange Spark; cinnamon, anise, and peppercorn add the spark to the natural dried orange slices.
What's something about your business that most people don't know?
When we started the cacao farm in 2015 we intended to grow and sell the cacao beans to other chocolate companies. The Bibamba brand and recipes were born after we received the shipment of our first cacao harvest in 2020.
What's a fun fact about your business?
Bibamba literally means “patch,” and the slang use of the word means “snack,” like a patch in your stomach when you’re hungry.
