Edgewater Pride Party
We are thrilled to host the Edgewater Pride Party once again this year!
The Edgewater Pride Parade starts at Edgewater Elementary at 10:30 a.m.
The parade ends at Edgewater Public Market around 11 a.m., when our Pride Party begins.
We’ll have live music from Guerilla Fanfare Brass Band from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
DJ Electric Lady spins Pride-inspired tunes on our front patio from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
At 3 p.m., we’ll host our Pride Cakewalk. Entries are $5 each and all funds support nonprofit Edgewater Pride. Prizes include Pride-themed pastries from Black Box Bakery and gift cards to Edgewater Public Market businesses such as Abstract, Artisans Thrive, Barquentine Brewing, Edgewater Books, Ink Den Tattoo Studio, Olive Patina, The Tangled Ball, and Wholly Craze.
Our front row of parking will be turned into a Pride patio for the day, with ten of pop-up vendors — including LGBTQ+ nonprofits — and good vibes all around.
Several Edgewater businesses will offer Pride-related specials, too, including:
•Visit The Tangled Ball for a free Pride keychain (while supplies last) and 15% off any purchase.
•Swing by True Grit Grooming Lounge & Barber Shop between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for 20% off any grooming product.
